The Group invested in real estate development in the early 2000s. The goal was to consolidate the land buildings to take advantage of the new opportunities that were opening up. Since then, there have been a number of achievements such as the development of high standing villas in La Marsa, serviced plots, leisure centers and social housing in Mahdia. In addition to residential projects, Baco has invested in the conversion of a few production sites to expand the range of services to call centers, welcoming office spaces and storage warehouses perfectly suitable to the new logistical requirements.
